I stripped out the electrical, heater box, steering column, bumper, and tail lights. Removed the power windows and locks. Cut out the windshield and back glass. The door glass and back window are date-coded and original. It's time to get the car on my rotisserie to weld some patches in the floor and a new passenger quarter Reactions: Pontiac Trans Am and Knightrider189

I need to pick up some steel to make the brackets for attaching the back. I don’t want to use the spring perch; I will try to use the bumper hole. Reactions: Knightrider189

I went and picked up the floor pan patch panels yesterday.I can’t say enough good things about Ames. They are so helpful. Reactions: Knightrider189

If the weather is warm, I can push the car outside, and media blast the bottom, trunk, firewall, and subframe. Reactions: Knightrider189 and Pontiac Trans Am
