I would change out the oil-sending unit with a new one and put a WIX oil filter on instead of the Fram.
Fram is a cheap filter, in my opinion.

No, unfortunately, I don’t.
You could test the voltage output between the two actuators.
Maybe the driver's side isn’t getting enough juice to unlock since you did swap the actuators, and it’s still doing the same thing.
I don’t have any more options to give you.

Could be. Have you tried lubing the lock mechanism?

Is the rod slightly bent, causing it to hang up?

First, I would change the air filter to all the fluids/trans, including the rear diff.
Redo or remove that window tint, check all your rubber door seals, especially the T-tops, and replace them if needed.
Check the brake system and replace the brake fluid along with the power...
