1974 Trans Am - Bucket Seat Bolts?

This is what holds the two back bolts on the bucket seats.

I've never seen a nut like this in my life, and I have tried a hammer and punch.

I may just Cut & Grind off, then put regular seat bolts in.

I want to get my bright red PUIs on.

That’s a sleeve around the nut.

You can remove the sleeve, but a bolt head should be on the other side of the nut.

The seats were pushed back, and the tracks were stuck from sitting dead in a damp garage for 32 years.

I couldn't get to the bolt heads with the bottom covers on, and I didn't want to keep trying to force the tracks and break something.

Bolts are Cheap, lol.
