If not blowing it's your blower motor, check fuses. You can run a hot wire to blower motor to see if it works. Make sure system was evacuated or it will trip on high pressure, Air gets trapped in the top of condenser (non-condensable) reducing the condenser capacity. You should also check the restrictor tube normally located inside the tube to the accumulator. It can get plugged, too much to explain. Best bet is to find someone who knows what they're doing.
