New Car Cover Stained Bird And Paint?

Hi.

I need some help.

I just bought a new car cover that said it was waterproof, and it rained last night, and I had the car outside covered.

When I took the cover off this afternoon, I noticed that it was stained with some white stain.

I tried washing it off with soap and water and it is still there.

Any help on how to remove the white stuff?

If it was me I'd try a little bit of wax and grease remover first. Bummer about that, maybe it was just water resistant? not proof? Sorry man.
