Needing Identification Of Manifold Part?

Hey, all.

Does anyone know the proper term for this plate on my 76 (400 4bbl) intake manifold (see image)?

I need to find a new one, as mine seems to be "bubbling and spewing" at the flush point where the metal fitting meets the plate for the vent line running to the charcoal can.

Any leads as to where I could also buy one would be significantly (greatly) appreciated!

I talked to Mike's Carburetors, and the opinion was not to worry about it as it's just air and keep monitoring.

I have an Olds 403 engine; not sure if the Pontiac choke heater operates the same.

As long as it's not a vacuum leak, I wouldn't worry.
