Motor Oil Preferences?

I'm considering an oil grade/type change soon on my 76 with the Pontiac 400 (with 36k miles) and am curious to learn what everyone else is using.

Conventional or synthetic?

Grade?

I'm currently running 10W-30 conventional but thinking of switching.
