High Beams Stuck On?

Hi all, my low mileage 02 TA (6800 miles) has the high beam stuck on.

The lever lost its spring action.

Does anyone know the fix?

Will the steering column have to come out?

You will more than likely need a new turn signal stalk.
Yes the steering wheel needs to be pulled.
