Sorry for the late introduction. I had those two quick questions I needed to post first.
I'm Buffalo. Nickname from MMA/JIU-JITSU. Retired from MMA and the Marine Corps.
Inow has a 1975 Trans Am—400ci engine turbo 400 transmissions.
My fantastic father left it to me with the engine and transmission built to top-level specs but non-running.
So now I'm doing the assembly, which is a blessing of an experience, and I'm enjoying it.
My first vehicle was a 74 Ford f100 at 16, and he made sure I knew learning to repair it was the only option to keep it running, and I learned fast.
My daily driver is a Range Rover and I've done all the work on myself, including a major engine overhaul, so I'm versed in both worlds, modern and classic, thanks to the inspirational direction of of my dad.
I expect I'll have beginner questions as I'm new to the Pontiac world.
Eventually, I look forward to contributing a great deal to the forum.
Thanks for having me.
