2001 Trans AM WS6 Computer Issue?

Has anyone had issues with the Gen IV computers?

We have a 2001 WS6, and the fuel pump is malfunctioning.

At first, it was an intermittent issue where the fuel pump would not fire up.

I changed the relays and everything.

They even went as far as putting a new fuel pump in.

Now, this car is a "garage queen".

It doesn't get run much at all and has 47k miles on it.

I want to keep it all original if possible but also be able to take it out on a Sunday cruise or car show with the top down.

If anyone has any insight, please let me know.

Check the security system.

If the car has an issue, the fuel will be cut off, and the car won’t start.

Has the computer also been checked out?

My friends would not start at a car show, and it was a problem with the security system.
