Painting My 1977 T/A?
You've probably painted it already but my two cents for anyone pondering a similar thing -- while it might be worth a bit more in the original color, why not consider one of the other of DOZENS of factory Pontiac colors available throughout the 1970s. FS: 1977 Formula Firebird 400 - 4 Speed Manual
Yes, this was on either CL or FB in the CA area for a while. I think what turned buyers off were those "minor" rust spots. In a search for mid-70s Formula, I also encountered an original green '76 400-speed Formula in the Bay Area that was a nice, unusual car -- very unassuming with no decals...- F Body Fan

I have almost every Poncho test from '66 to '81 (and then all of the 4th-gen F-bodies, and there are a lot) but don't have this one -- Thank you for sharing .... It's interesting to see what a stock, pre-W-72/T/A, 455 4-speed is capable of, and as a comparison, the times are almost identical to...- F Body Fan
