    Disconnect the fuel line at the carb. I believe there is a filter inside there. Easy no, cost check to see if it’s clogged.

    79 Trans Am Brake Question

    Confusing. The rotor and pads are for Disc brakes. Disc brakes have no springs, and only drum brakes need springs. And any brake mechanic will use a new spring kit when installing brake shoes as part of the job. Brake shoes are for drum brakes, and brake pads are for disc brakes...

    Sadly, they are ending the Camaro, but I wouldn’t say the Ford Mustang is the only game in town. There are still a few Mopar models. Plus corvette still uses gas too. Thou now mid-engine. It’s still American muscle.

    1979 Trans Am - Radiator To Fender Support Bars?

    My 79’ 400 4spd doesn’t have the radiator to fender support brackets. It makes the engine compartment look cleaner, but not so sure it’s a good idea. Any opinions on leaving the brackets off? If they are important, I’ll have to try and find some from a junkyard or something.
