A Formula with the old 403, my high school car, another after high school, a 79’ 10th anniversary, and a 400-4spd car.
Both of these cars back then were under 50k miles.

Hi, I am new here, and this is my 1979 silver anniversary.
The motor has been rebuilt to 350 hp.
It’s been restored, and everything has been upgraded under the hood and under the car.
The interior and paint are original.
New radiator, rebuilt motor, Holly Sniper Fuel injection...
Confusing.
The rotor and pads are for Disc brakes.
Disc brakes have no springs, and only drum brakes need springs.
And any brake mechanic will use a new spring kit when installing brake shoes as part of the job.
Brake shoes are for drum brakes, and brake pads are for disc brakes...
Sadly, they are ending the Camaro, but I wouldn’t say the Ford Mustang is the only game in town.
There are still a few Mopar models.
Plus corvette still uses gas too.
Thou now mid-engine.
It’s still American muscle.
My 79’ 400 4spd doesn’t have the radiator to fender support brackets.
It makes the engine compartment look cleaner, but not so sure it’s a good idea.
Any opinions on leaving the brackets off?
If they are important, I’ll have to try and find some from a junkyard or something.
I just bought a 79’ silver anniversary, and it is a 400 4 spd car.
It’s been very well restored, but I noticed they changed the air cleaner for one that doesn’t have the cold air intake duct or spot for the valve cover vent tube.
They just covered the hole in the valve cover with duct...
