Tilt Steering Not Locking Right?

2002 TA convertible.

Tilt steering isn’t locking upright & tilts under load when turning or with arm pressure.

The car has very low mileage, 6300.

Help!

My 89 Firebird did this same thing.

There were 4 bolts inside the steering shaft column where it tilts that backed out.

It was a pain to get to them, but once I did, I put loc-tight on them and haven’t had an issue for years.
