I removed all the Radiator Cover bolts to sand and paint it, but only got 2 back in the Latch before I accidently shut the hood.
Of course the bolt I didn't have back in was the
one that holds the Release Lever.
I got the Valance down enough to pop the Latch, but now it's hung up on the Safety Catch.
