1979 Trans Am - Part Location?

Hi everyone, I’m working with a friend on a 1979 Pontiac Tran-Am with a 403 ci engine.

The restoration project is nearly finished.

Unfortunately, the mechanic who disassembled the car years ago is gone.

Does anybody know these parts?

It bolts to the rear of the driver's side head.

The positive battery cable runs through it to connect to the starter.
