    Control Arm Substitution?

The only factory-style new repop control arms I can find are for later 1977-81 F-bodies. Is it possible to use them on an earlier 1975 Trans Am?

Olds 403 Quadrajet Work On A 400 TA?

Can I use the carb Quadrajet from the 403 olds on a Pontiac engine? I am replacing my numbers matching '75 TA 400 with a 455. I want to use a Quadrajet, not to replace the shaker. I have a line on an Olds front inlet carb and thought I could use it.

Unplugged Connector In Harness Inside Trunk

Does anyone know what this unplugged connector is for? It is on the driver's side of the trunk. I didn't want to plug it in till I knew what it was in case there was a short.

Reviewing 1979 Tenth Anniversary Trans Am - What To Look For?

That's cool; it's a W72 car. Check the trim tag, but I'm pretty sure it's legit. Also, check the VIN against the engine VIN to be sure it has the original engine.

    Trans Am Hood Decal Question

I dont know if the decal colors show up in the trim tag. I think by 78 of 9, there was more latitude regarding the colors of the screaming chicken. Just as a guess, I would think the gold ones were reserved for the SE cars.
