Js97TA

A friend passed about a year ago and his wife sold me his 1997 TA last week. Its been sitting for over a year and needed some basic work, battery, break rotors and pads, belt and tensioner, plugs and wires, oil and filter, AC recharged, all done now, and those cracked rear tail lights I need to replace. The major stuff, I can't do, is recovering the front seats and back fold down portion of the rear seats, and one 6" crack on the dash, re-powder coating the ABS rims, and new tires. Got the powder coater and upholstery shop lined up for next week. Body is in excellent shape, no dents or rust, Ts don't leak, runs and shifts great. Seams to have had the trany rebuilt , T oil was clean, with a upgraded torque converter installed. Gear oil was clean. All in all its going to be ready for some cruising and a few road course track days in just a few weeks. I think he'd appreciate the work when all is done.
