So, I went for a subtle size (half-inch) to fill things out a little but mostly to clear an e-Brake line.
Yes, you will need new lugs (5/8 longer), and be prepared to hammer the hell out of the drum to get it off; otherwise, it's a piece of cake.

It's also a good combo for wheel & tire size; good work.
Just one note: a little hole in the drum brake backplate allows you to release the adjuster on the shoe cam and easily remove the drum.
