It's been nearly 4 weeks since an order I placed, and multiple phones, email, and text attempts to get a status update were all unanswered.
Today I happened to discover that there have been similar and ongoing issues reported on the Better Business Bureau webpage, with many losing hundreds (!) of Dollars - and yet, their site is still wide open and will immediately charge your account for order(s) you may never receive.
Also, be careful when shopping for parts on eBay from any pseudonym for the company, especially if it's based in Dunlap, Tennessee.
