Owner of a 2002 WS6.

It has conventional oil in it.

The oil was last changed in Fall 2020 then went into storage until Spring 2021.

Since then, it has only been driven around 200 miles. ( yes, two hundred only).

It's heading back to storage soon until Spring of 2022.

Should I get an oil change now (oil is currently one year old) or wait until the Spring?

Does oil go bad after a certain time inside of an engine?

By next Spring, the oil will be 1.5 years old but will only have 200 miles since the last oil change.

TIA

Friend, we would change it to something with Zinc in the oil for when the car is setting.

Change it every year and let it warm up and go through the heat to keep the seals fresh.

Thank you,
