Oil Cooler Block Off Or Reroute Experience

Good evening,

I have a 1979 Trans Am with the 403 that had the oil and transmission cooler lines in the radiator.

I had to replace the radiator; the new one does not have an oil cooler.

Is it okay to block off the oil cooler lines, or do I have to circle route them to each other, or is the best option a new oil filter adapter?

CRD4155A 4 rows as it always ran hotter on the highway drives.

That and the exhaust rotting is why we pulled the engine.
