Fender To Radiator Supports

[1970TA]

I have 2 70 TA's.

One has the core support to accept the fender to radiator support bars, the other does not.

Did all 1970 TA's get these support bars and did they have a plastic splash guard?

The support bars were not correct for 1970.

I believe they were introduced in late 71 or 72.
