Any suggestions for good experiences with replaced clutches?
I am replacing the original flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and all the related bearings, fork, ball, etc.
I have researched Center Force, McLeod, Ram, Zoom, Luk, etc and all have some bad reviews.
One guy said Luk sets have a plastic throw out bearing.
I have clutch chatter when releasing in a slow scenario (parking, pulling up an incline like my driveway).
I do not want to do all this work to only find the problem still exists.
So many reviews indicate problems with the new clutches.
I am not racing so I just want OEM daily drivability so, probably an organic disc will be fine.
I may make some minor tweaks to grab a few more horsepowers, but I really need a comfortable driver.
Does anyone out there have a good experience?
I want American or European made.
I have read that Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts, Napa, O, Reilly, etc are all selling similar inferior products.
I don‘t know what to believe on the internet.
I need input from an experienced owner.
Thanks much.
