One of my neighbors recently purchased a hi-milage 1999 Trans-AM w/dying issues when placed in drive.

THIS CAR RAN WELL WHEN PURCHASED UP UNTIL 2-WKS AGO.

Parts replaced: FUEL PUMP ASSY, BCM ECM, PLUGS+WIRES.

It ran well but not great.

I have the car now & would like some starting point suggestions.

Also thanks to the fourm staff for welcoming me.

Best to all.

C4ME.

THANKS AGAIN.

Check the fuel injectors. Do an ohm test on each one to make sure they are in spec.
I had that issue on my 1989 Formula 350.
Replaced the injectors and it ran perfectly.
